Golden eyes scanned across an area. It was a rather empty street to be on, even though it had been a friday night. The man was tall, dark and gorgeous, he was a tan vampire, a holy succubus, a dog with a ... bone. He was Kaine Kohaku, dressed in a white button down see through sleeves shirt, that might as well not be buttoned, and black dress pants. His hair had been pulled back and out of his face. He was over all..godly, through the shirt his muscles could be seen. But what attracted most women to him, were his eyes. They were that of a...wolves
This man was the exact opposite of a wolf though. In fact, some could say.. he was anti-wolf, in other words. hunter he stood there, staring down an alley way, he hasn’t killed any wolves in a while, and he had been hunting this particular one for a while now, a slippery one it went insane though, who wouldn’t go insane...all animals that weren’t normal had lived in constant fear. He stopped, and turned to the side before jumping up, the wolf charging from behind, he landed behind it.
” what are you, your eyes are that of a wolf and the marking is of a wolf..but you are human” she growled before running at him, he stared to her looking to her legs, his eyes scanning her, and it was as if everything had slowed down, he looked to her left front paw it had recently been injured some how, he jumped forward catching her off guard, and with one hand using his palm he hit her in the snout causing her head to be pushed back, and with his other palm he hit her ankle a sickening sound could be heard, as he broke her ankle. Then in one fluid movement, he hit her in the chest once, she fell back he had knocked the air out of her, she couldn’t even yelp. He stood there, and waited for the she wolf to stand up, putting no pressure on her injured ankle, and her nose had been bleeding..or was it her mouth?
He stared to her, and she growled, then he ran forward and the wolf hit the ground. two punches was all he needed to break her rib cage and force the bone into an internal organ. He looked down, before turning his back to her. ”Your...a .... mon” the she wolf coughed up blood. He glanced to her before walking off. ”A monster? I know.”

The night was able to chill one’s bones, but this was not caused by the air that blew gently through the city streets. The smell of blood and torment was thick in this area. A wolf had just been murdered only a few blocks away, and Mina’s fur stood on end on her back.
The silver wolf had had her fair share of trouble lately, but for some reason her paws simply started to run forward. Her body and soul wanted to find out what had caused the death of this wolf. Had she known this wolf? No, that one had been a loner, yet, Mina felt as though she had an obligation to revenge her fellow wolves. The killer needed to be dealt with, and by forces outside of her own, Mina would do the punishment if she must.
The wolf was light on her feet as she bounded through the city streets. Her nose was overwhelmed by the sickening smell of the blood of her own kind. Wolves did not deserve this fate. Why must hunters kill all of her kind? Why must wolves be tormented so? This had to end, and Mina would do all she could to stop this unforgiveable killings.
The dead wolf came into view. Not too far down the street, Mina could see the killer walking away. Mina glanced to her sister wolf before letting out a low growl. All of this killing; it sickened her.
Mina’s human form appeared as she ran after the killer. A black peacoat held her frame snuggly as her black skirt swayed at the top of her legs. Black stockings laced up her legs coming from black slip on shoes. Her silver hair loosely framed her face. Alone during the night, she almost looked misplaced in the alleyways of the city.
The back of the killer came into full view as Mina came upon him. Her eyes were narrowed and her tongue felt thick with anger and insults. How dare he kill her kind.
“Who gave you the right to kill that creature?”

The rushed set of footsteps could be heard. His hands in his pockets, his golden eyes closed, he was lost within his mind, within him self. The echo of the she wolves words echoed through his mind. A pained emotion might have even shown through his eyes. He soon shrugged the thoughts off, but not ending them. Just pushing them into a soft hush and the loudness of reality suffocated any other words.
He paused, and heard the rushed set of foot steps. He jumped forward doing a flip before he landed facing the attacker. His right hand was curved resting on his well toned stomach, his left hand flat out. His eyes still shut, the markings clearly noticeable under the streetlight. He opened his eyes slowly, just intent on killing the next wolf. He saw her; he hadn’t seen her in a while now. His wolfie. He crossed his arms, and he held no smirk. He raised his eyebrow to her. ”Why would you even want to ask me that question, darlin’” he spoke, pure sarcasm clearly in his throat. Maybe some ninja doctor managed to swab the brothers persona’s because no kindness, or playfulness was in his tone.
Okay, so maybe that was a bit too harsh.. he was in a bad mood right now in all honest, and he was in a killing mood, being upset about killing some one that puts you into a killing mode, that was pretty ironic.

Mina’s feet seemed to completely stop at once and became stuck to the ground. The hunter. She knew this one. Oh, how well she remembered his face now. How had she not known it was him? He had tortured her dreams of late, yet, she had not caught his scent.
Fear and anger caused her eyes to widen, and she could not help but stare at those golden eyes. What had she brought upon herself? This time she should have been more aware. Was this what fate wanted of her? To continue to run into such a hunter and be caught off guard? Perhaps, she was meant to die by his hands. No, this was a thought she pushed to the back of her mind instantly.
“It’s you…” her response was soft and barely audible. “Why must your spirit plague me so much? Have you nothing better to do than to kill wolves?”
The blood in the air was putting Mina on edge. Her heart was pounding so hard she thought it would force its way out of her chest.
Why must the face of a hunter appear as such? Why must he have the eyes of a wolf?
“You killed another one of my kind, a female of course. Is this what you do? You stalk down females and do what you please? Sadly for the other wolf, you decided to kill her instead of take advantage of her sexually. You’re a sick son of a bitch like the rest of your kind.”
Perhaps, Mina needed to silence herself, but her anger was slowly building up into madness. If anything could drive a wolf mad, it was a hunter like this one. One who hid beneath wolven eyes.

His eyes seem to soften, but just a little bit. ”My spirit doesn’t plague you, silly girl. Your addicted to this sickness.”he spoke, and he smiled softly, before looking away. As he relaxed his muscles running his hands through his hair, he seemed not to be worry about her aura being around him. It was sorta as if he was mocking her, throwing sea salt into the wound at which was created by himself. He stopped, pulling his hand from his hair black locks being twisted around his digits.
He blinked, then his aura seemed to change so desperately quickly. He completely ignored what she had asked. ”Have you seen a black she wolf, blue eyes?” he asked her, he didn’t want to bother interrogating his brother with this questions, Poor Adam looked like he would have had a heart attack when he told his brother what he had to do. His eyes went hollow for a second.
The people who were outside would only go farther in the background, or even leave. Most didn’t want to be apart of crime in this city. He stared to her not really expecting her to answer; in all honest, he asked that too erk her.

The silver wolf glared at the hunter for the longest moment. He was all about games, twisting his words to lead her astray. There was a point to every movement he made and every word he breathed. What had she expected? And now he asked her a question of another wolf.
Mina knew of who he spoke of. Sythe was a wolf she had only met a few times, but she had an unforgettable face. She also knew the black wolf was being hunted down by the likes of such a hunter. Why would this one ask her such a question? Perhaps to simply distract her. Mina was still none too please.
“I know of such a wolf, but I would not easily sell her out to the likes of you. But, you simply ask a question.”
The wolf let out a sigh, shaking her head. She tired of his games. Her body still was rigid with fury. Why did this one have to mock her by his games?
“Why do you play these games?” Mina stepped forward. “Why don’t you just kill me like you did the other wolf? This is your second chance to attack me. Why won’t you? You kill other wolves, attack me, hunter.”

He grinned, as his eyes seemed to narrow and a golden glint shined in them. He leaned on the wall and pursed his lips, as he drummed his fingers on his bottom lip. ”When I was younger.. I was thought a wolf, and marked one. I was an orphan.” he spoke, as he moved his fingers to swipe his bangs out of his forhead, showing the marking. The crosses, ”As you see, that time.. the orphanage had been in a church.. and they were” he laughed softly. ” dramatic”
He looked towards the sky, as he crossed his arms. He had been on his guard, but outwardly he didn’t look as if he had been on his guard. ” Before I met you, I had a group of hunting dogs. They were the best of the best.. they were.. wolves[/u]”[/color] he said, quiet seriously, as a grin appeared on his face.
He walked towards her, his footsteps as light as a wolves. ”I will not kill you, and you will not sell her out, you will hunt her down.” he said, and suddenly his hands moved in almost a way that she couldn’t see it but she saw the flash of tan, going towards her face. He didn’t want to kill her, just knock her out. He knew she wouldn’t just listen to him.

Humans were a sick and twisted breed. They took advantaged and destroyed whatever they could get their dirty little hands on. They took and took and destroyed to their hearts content. The state of the world mirrored humanity’s lust. This hunter was no different. He was one of the many twisted minds.
“You sick son of a bitch,” the silver wolf snapped as she quickly jumped backward away from Kaine’s sharp movements. Before the hunter stood the wolf in clear sight. Her fur was raised to the heavens as a snarled slipped across her lips. Her fangs glistened in the moonlight.
Mina was not one to kill, but she was definitely ready for this confrontation with the hunter. He had been haunting her thoughts for far too long, and now she knew how terrible he could be. Making wolves hunt wolves was a thought that was hard for Mina to comprehend, and she would not allow him to do the same to her. Wolves were her kin. Wolves were the ones who could open up Paradise. This joker was not going to use her as one of his instruments of destruction.
“Before in the club I was unprepared, but I have been awaiting this meeting with you. I am not so easily captured, and I will show you this.”
Mina growled before leaping forward at Kaine, jaws open ready to grab hold of the nearest appendage. She was in no mood for these games.

He stared to her calmly. What she thought was sick, was what he lived for. He took a step forward into her lunge, his eyes slowly scanning over her body, looking for a weakness. It was as if time had stopped for an instant, and he opened up his fist into a palm, his palm would go right into her mouth, it would prevent her from snapping her powerful jaws down onto his hand, he looked to her, his cold golden eyes. This was why he was called a monster. His palm would have been gagging her, but she could also taste his blood, his wrist against her lower fangs, his blood told a story, it wasn’t something of death she tasted, it was almost a sweet tasting, but at the same time it would burn her taste buds.
She was seemingly frozen in air, from his outward arm, holding her there, with a flick of his arm, he in lack of better words, threw her, causing her teeth to scrap against his wrists as he flung the she wolf next to her fallen sister, as he took a few steps forward towards her, the blood dripping down his arm. He stopped, the blood of the other wolf at his feet. ”What is wrong, Mina my dear?” he questioned, tilting his head as he took a step forward, his powerful boots landing on the skull of the corpse, she heard a crunching sound of the skull of the corpse’s collapsed within itself.
He stared to her, she didn’t see any playful gaze in his eyes, no merry tone in his voice. What stood there.. truely was a monster.... not even fit for the title of man.

So, Mina had a challenge before her, and perhaps she had not taken in the seriousness of her situation. As she lay where she had been thrown, her thoughts were full of dread, but she was unwilling to simply lay there like a dog and take the abuse.
Kaine was the definition of hunter. He was fierce and fearless. He was powerful and ruthless. He also seemed rather bent on getting whatever he so desired. Unfortunately for the silver wolf, the hunter desired for her to be his pet.
Defeating the hunter would take some tact, but Mina did not have time for plotting. Kaine stood right before her, crushing the skull of the wolf he had just killed moments ago. Her mind was racing, and the wolf could not think. She was trying to focus, but the taste of blood and her natural want to attack the attacker was distracting her.
Mina moved forward quickly without warning, darting off to Kaine’s right-hand side. For a moment, she looked as though she was trying to escape, but her body entered the air. Her paws pressed hard against the wall of a nearby building as she used the force to maneuver around the hunter.
What was she trying to accomplish? Mina did not know herself. She simply hoped that Kaine would be caught off guard by her lightning fast movements. If she could at least take a chunk out of him, she would be pleased.

He could see it in her eyes. He could see it appear, float upward upon the lake of gold, like a corpse at a wedding. She was afraid. She essentially was a trapped animal, and he stood there. Waiting for her to get up, waiting for her to make her move... waiting for herself to screw her own self over. He raised an eye brow as he saw her stood up, then dart behind him.
He turned his body following her movement, he blinked, and ducked quickly as she used the wall to jump around. He looked to her, as he smirked. ”Your going to have to do better then that my dear.” he spoke, as he ran at her, with an incredible speed. His fist came at her with an alarming speed, well his right hand had been balled into a fist, his left hand had been a palm laid flat, and it seemed that the had with the palm hurt her more.
He was mainly aiming for her legs, but if she would snap at him, he would do his best to avoid it, or even cram his palm down on her top jaw. He didn’t seem to be breaking a sweat, and that was the thing odd about this hunter, about Kaine.. he didn’t use weapons, he had no gun or sword he had one thing, and one thing was all.. he had his hands. ..

His speed was too much. His movements were everyway. Every way she twisted her body, she seemed to be met by a blow. He was just too powerful as well. Each hit caused so much pain. How much longer could she handle this? How much longer could she pathetically try to fight of the hunter?
One of his fists hit her back left leg with enough force to send her through the air. She spun for a few brief moments before landing with a loud crack upon the pavement. Mina gave a loud yelp as she came to a complete rest upon the ground. Her left hind leg was throbbing with great pain, and she knew before casting a glance down at the injured leg that the bone had been broken.
Mina was quickly losing this fight. As she looked upward to the hunter, her form seemed to be changing back and forth from her true form to her disguise. The dark eyes of a badly beaten girl looked up to Kaine with such anger, disgust, and even hatred. Her body was twisted, battered, and bloodied. Yet, instead of just laying upon the pavement and accepting defeat, Mina dragged herself up to her feet, minding the broken leg of course.
“Darcia must love you to bits,” Mina said, her voice winded. “He must have you sleep at the foot of his bed. You must be so proud to be the dog of a noble. But, my golden eyed friend, I will not be your pet. I will not fall passed the level of what you are.”

He heard that familiar sound; that sickening crack that would cause him to tense his jaws together, and strain his neck. He hadn’t mean to harmed her that much; he took a step back.Tben smirked as she commented a rude comment to him. Perhaps if he had been some one else; his heart would have been thudding against his chest, and he would have let out a sigh of relief because he had lived but not him, he leaned his head into his palm, and chuckled softly, his hand hiding his golden eyes; but it really didn’t matter because he had his eyes closed.
”Just because you like to sleep on the end of your masters bed, doesn’t mean all dogs do. Answer me this, and i will give you time to answer, if i am a lap dog of Darcia, and you are my lap dog.. what does logic say about you.” he chuckled, as he ran his fingers through his hair, pushing it out of his face, as he crossed his arms. He looked down, to her before taking a few steps towards her, pushing his hands outward towards her face, if she would let him, he would have cupped her face, and encircled his fingers around her bruises, but of course.. he doubted she would let him do that.. he had missed how her fur felt.
Even though he had only felt it once, his ears twitched, and the sound of sirens could be heard.. they wouldn’t be near for a while.. but he had a feeling he had been too loud... and some one alerted the police. He snorted; he was above the law. He looked to her, oh so above it.

“I am not your lap dog,” Mina snarled as she quickly snapping at his outstretched hand. That one night would continue to haunt her. The damn hunter would not just leave their meeting in the club in the past. No, she would have to continue to be reminded of the one moment she let her guard down. The one moment she had gotten too close to a human.
Mina moved back in a quick motion before darting forward and leaping at the hunter. Her fangs were opened to bite down on his neck. That was all she could think of. Clamping her teeth down on the hunter’s throat. That was all she wanted. The end of all of this. She was tired of those golden eyes flashing her way. She was tired of his games.
Any smart wolf would have probably fled already. This was a hunter of Darcia’s, and he was not one to be defeated. He had came up against plenty of other wolves who had easily died just like the other she-wolf this night. Yet, something continued to push Mina forward. Perhaps it was the instinct to kill the other predator that was taking over her. Whatever it was, Mina knew the only way to truly get away from this hunter was to kill him or to be killed.
Death was not something she wanted to let stand in her way to Paradise.

His hands went back with a speed that was almost snake like, as his wrist came up, protecting his neck, being a meat shield. His golden eyes narrowed, as a burning sensation flared up his arms and down to his shoulder; past his back and to his spine. A pained expression falling on his face, but he only ended up smiling, as he leaned forward to his wrist, blood flowing out it at a drastic rate.
”He was right.. you just might be the end of me..” he spoke, with a softness that could hush the most upset of children, and for that mere second, Mina could see a child in kaine, this monster amoung predators. He smiled and quickly with his free hand ran it down her head, before pushing his hand away from her. The sirens filled the air, and he looked to her. ”Run, run my fair Mina, my graceful hunting dog. For next time we meet.. i will not be so kind..” he said through clenched teeth as she heard the doors open of machines as the footsteps of men could be heard, scouting the area.
Looking to her, kaine had a promise in his eyes. Next time they would meet.. she would be his..
